Sample, inspection and export checkpoints are agreed with the selected supplier. Local design approval and product compliance remain project-specific responsibilities.
For the structural comparison, request the design standard, load combinations, deflection limits and connection drawings from each candidate. A quoted tonne figure cannot be judged without the geometry and loading basis behind it. The buyer should also decide who prepares the foundation design and who checks anchor bolts on site. We can track these questions in the comparison record, but engineering sign-off remains with the appointed professionals.
Commercial review should separate ex-works supply, inland transport, export packing, ocean freight, insurance and destination handling. A lower frame price may shift costs into erection or missing accessories. Define whether fasteners, flashings, gutters, doors and installation drawings are included before comparing totals.
